Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with resources and merchandise purchased from the Leanne Goff Ministries, Inc. store:

• 30-Day Return Window: You may return eligible, unopened, and unused physical items (such as books, journals, study materials, and unopened anointing oils) within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.
• Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in their original, unblemished condition with original packaging intact.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged in transit or incorrect item received).
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@leannegoffministries.org with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will promptly send a replacement at no additional charge.

2. Digital Products, Audio & Free Resources

• Free guides, podcasts, newsletters, and teaching videos are provided as-is with no fees and no refunds necessary.
• Paid digital downloads (such as eBooks, digital audio teachings, audiobooks, and downloadable study guides) are non-refundable due to the immediate digital delivery and access granted upon purchase.

3. Vision Trips, Mission Expeditions & Events

• Vision Trip application fees and trip deposits ($500 initial deposit) are non-refundable, as funds are immediately committed to secure international lodging, in-country logistics, and group travel arrangements.
• Subsequent payment deadlines for vision trips are scheduled per the trip itinerary. Should an applicant withdraw from a trip:
  • Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to departure may be eligible to transfer uncommitted trip funds to a future ministry trip within 12 months.
  • Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure are non-refundable due to non-recoverable vendor, accommodation, and transport commitments.
• Conference registrations and live ministry event tickets are non-refundable, but tickets may be transferred to another individual upon prior written notice to our team.

Leanne Goff Ministries, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In accordance with IRS regulations, voluntary contributions, tithes, and tax-deductible charitable gifts are non-refundable once completed. If you believe an unauthorized charge or accidental duplicate transaction occurred, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

5. Exceptions & Billing Inquiries

We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis in circumstances of accidental duplicate payments, system processing errors, or verified billing discrepancies. To request a review, please email our support team at info@leannegoffministries.org within 14 days of the transaction date with your receipt number and details.
